Making food should be easy.
That’s why I’ve rounded up the 15 of my favorite easy recipes that take 30 minutes or less.
One of the most important tenants of my nutrition philosophy is that nutrition should be easy. We have to eat every day, multiple times per day. Food should be simple.
Of course, if you have the time or like to spend lots of time cooking, by all means, go right ahead! But if not, food really doesn’t need to be complicated.
You don’t need fancy or obscure ingredients in order to be healthy. And you don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen to make a balanced and delicious meal.
In fact, so many of my favorite recipes take just 30 minutes or less.
And I know, at our busiest, 30 minutes can be hard to find - I get that. But if you can scrounge up a little extra time to make these, I promise these recipes are worth it.
